PPH Double Union Socket Pneumatic Ball Valve Corrosion Resistant Plastic Ball Valve for Chemical Sewage Pipeline
Made of high-quality PPH material, this ball valve has outstanding acid and alkali corrosion resistance, works steadily from -10℃ to 95℃, ideal for electroplating, chemical, wastewater and other corrosive pipeline environments, never gets rusted like metal valves.
Double union socket connection design, connect with plastic pipes via hot melt welding. You can remove the valve directly by loosening two union nuts without cutting pipelines, saving installation and maintenance time and cost greatly.
Equipped with AT series aluminum pneumatic actuator, optional double acting and single spring return types. Standard G1/4 air inlet port, easy to match solenoid valves to realize remote automatic on-off control for pipelines.
Adopts PTFE sealing seat with good tightness, zero leakage under PN16 working pressure. Multi-layer packing on valve stem prevents medium leakage, durable even under frequent opening and closing operations.
Full sizes DN15-DN100 in stock, lightweight valve body reduces pipeline load. We support OEM customization with optional limit switch, solenoid valve and other accessories for various industrial pipeline systems.
