High temperature, high pressure resistance and wear resistance: The stainless steel valve body is combined with a hard sealing structure, capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 650°C, and the nominal pressure can reach up to PN100. After the sealing surface is welded with cobalt-based hard alloy, the anti-wear performance is improved by more than 5 times compared to ordinary products. It is suitable for scenarios with particle-containing media.
Superior sealing performance: The three eccentric (three-dimensional eccentric) design is adopted to achieve the self-locking effect of "getting tighter as it closes", with almost no friction on the sealing surface when closed, allowing for zero leakage. The metal sealing structure complies with the API 607 fire protection standard and can maintain sealing performance even in fire conditions.
Intelligent control is precise and flexible: It supports two modes: switch type and adjustment type. The adjustment type can receive 4-20mA/0-10V signals to achieve precise flow control with an accuracy of ±1%; some high-end products integrate remote monitoring and fault warning functions, which can be connected to SCADA and PLC systems for automated operation and support preventive maintenance to reduce the risk of unplanned downtime.
Reasonable and durable structure design: Large-diameter products adopt truss/hexagonal frame structure design, with high strength and large flow area, and the flow resistance is lower than that of ordinary butterfly valves; the bidirectional sealing design allows for installation without restrictions on the medium flow direction or space position, and is suitable for most pipeline layouts.
